toxic substance data | 137-05-3(Hazardous Substances Data) |
production method
is obtained by polymerization and cracking of methyl cyanoacetate. Methyl cyanoacetate (see 24530) and piperidine are mixed and added to formaldehyde preheated to 80 ℃. Heat preservation and stirring for 1h, the reaction liquid is put into ice water, and the poly 2-cyanopropionate methyl ester is obtained by ball milling, crushing, washing and drying. Add it to the reaction pot with hydroquinone, phosphorus pentoxide and tricresol phosphate, pass sulfur dioxide under micro negative pressure, and heat to 230 ℃ for cracking. Hydroquinone, phosphorus pentoxide and sulfur dioxide are added to the cracking product, and the fraction at 80 ℃(0.67kPa) is collected under reduced pressure to obtain methyl 2-cyanoacrylate. This product needs to be sealed with 0.01% hydroquinone.
